As an aspiring college student working on a Bachelor’s of Science in Audio Production, I am creating a foundation for the set of musical skills I have acquired throughout the past nine years and would like to launch my career in the audio industry as a professional recording engineer. I am continuously making significant gains in my work ethic and responsibilities as a student, part-time employee, and musician. My goals are to enjoy my passion for music working at a successful recording label, whether it is my own or a well-known label like RCA Records.
Guitar has been my true blue since I was eleven after experiencing a Carlos Santana concert. As a teen growing up, I played for both No One Home March 2004-October 2007 and The Color of Glass March 2008 – April 2010. I booked and coordinated events for these two bands at many music venues in southern California such as The Whisky A Go Go in L.A., Soma, The Casbah, Channel 1225, U-31, The Ruby Room, Lestats). I was also a guitarist in the Music Tech Ensemble at Hilltop High School as a sophomore using consoles, playing MIDI instruments, and setting up PA systems for live events. Working with musicians has taught be to be patient with every artist I work with to ensure an experience they will appreciate and can feel great about their music.
I am proficient with computers and media editing software such as Pro Tools, Logic, Microsoft Office, Apple iWork, and Final Cut Pro. Every opportunity I can get, I give it my all to have the right attitude and drive to be prosperous. I am someone who can listen, work creatively, and keep clients coming back.
